Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

Chelle's Closet specializes in custom designs, digital products, and made-to-order items. Once an order has been placed and work has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please Note:

• Digital products (including templates, downloads, and classes) are non-refundable once purchased.

• Custom designs are created specifically for you and cannot be resold; therefore, they are non-refundable.

• Printed or physical items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions:

 Replacements will only be considered if:

• There is a clear error made by Chelle's Closet, or

• You receive a defective or incorrect item

 

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
